For Residents: There are two levels of controlled-access, underground garage, monthly parking available for residents for $125-150/month for a compact space and $150-175/month for a regular space. There is a limit of one space per apartment home. The entrance to the parking garage is located in the alley adjacent to the building off of I Street.
For Future Residents: Parking is available in our underground garage located in the alley adjacent to the building off of I Street. Press the Call button at the entrance of the garage to call the Leasing Office to gain access. Signs that read Park It will direct you where to park. Free two-hour parking is available on some streets adjacent to the community. Additional metered parking is also available on H Street. Please be mindful of parking signage for specific parking restrictions.
For Guests:Reserved visitor parking is available in our underground parking garage located in the alley adjacent to the building off of I Street. Residents are able to reserve these spaces through the Leasing Office for their guests. Free two-hour parking is available on some streets adjacent to the community. Additional metered parking is also available on H Street. Please be mindful of parking signage for specific parking restrictions.
